The Sports Committee of St. Paul Institute of Professional Studies (SPIPS), Indore is committed to promoting physical fitness, team spirit, and a culture of active participation among students. The committee organizes regular sports activities, encourages talent identification, and provides platforms for students to excel at higher levels.

Best Player Award

During the Annual Day celebration, the college presents the “Best Player Award” to the most outstanding performer of the academic year. This award acknowledges excellence in skill, discipline, sportsmanship, and overall contribution to college sports. We have Best Two awards for the Students:

  • Best Sportswoman of the Year {Women}

Scholarships

  • 90% scholarship in tuition fees to sports stars who represented the country in the previous academic year in sports approved by UGC and DAVV.
  • 50% scholarship in tuition fees to sports stars who represented the State in the previous academic year in sports approved by UGC and DAVV.
  • 20% scholarship in tuition fees to sports stars who represented the District in the previous academic year in sports approved by UGC and DAVV.

National Conference

The Social Sciences–B Department of Physical Education organized a National Conference on the theme “Physical Education and Yoga for Mental Health and Emotional Balance.”

The conference brought together teachers, researchers, and students to explore how physical activity, yogic practices, and mindful breathing contribute to overall well-being. Experts highlighted the scientific and psychological benefits of regular exercise and yoga in reducing stress, improving concentration, and enhancing emotional stability.

The event provided valuable insights and encouraged participants to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle for better mental health.

Inter Collegiate Division Level Yoga Tournament

Division Level Intercollegiate Yoga Tournament was successfully organized by Department of social sciences B, bringing together participants from various colleges to showcase their skills and discipline in yoga.

The event promoted healthy competition, teamwork, and awareness about the importance of yogic practices for physical and mental well-being.

Students demonstrated excellent flexibility, balance, and concentration through different yoga asanas.

The tournament created a vibrant environment of learning, sportsmanship, and unity among the participating institutions.

7 Day Yoga Workshop

This 7-day Yoga Workshop is designed to help participants reconnect with their mind, .body, and breath. Each day introduces simple practices that build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.
